This is Double Trouble, the regular band of Stevie Ray Vaughan, the way too soon deseased blues guitarplayer/singer from Texas. This band, being Chris 'whipper' Layton (drums) and Tommy 'slut' Shannon (bass), has accompanied Stevie for years until a helicopter crash ended his life. Everybody who knows Stevie Ray Vaughan and his music can imagine that these guys must be pretty good to be able to keep up with this guitar wizzard.
